Welcome Meet the Team

Since 2004, I have been a full-time entrepreneur and business owner in various aspects of real estate and finance. My professional background consists of over 25 years of real estate, investment and financial analysis. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and Florida. 

I am a seasoned entrepreneur, and I have extensive experience in selling residential and commercial real estate, owning and running manager managed businesses both in North and South America.

My educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and also Master of Science in Finance from the Bentley College Graduate School of Business.

I proudly served my country as a paratrooper in a United States Army Long Range Surveillance Detachment (LRSD).  My interests include: reading, golf, tennis, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing and competing in endurance athletic events.  I’m a seven-time finisher of the Ironman triathlon, which consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike, and a 26.2 mile run.  In October 2005 as racer #813, I competed and proudly finished the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona Hawaii. 

My background consists of expertise and experience in workforce development, team member training, calls center management, operations and real estate.  I am also the office manager with Giving Spring Realty. 

I am a past board member of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center and The Challenged Athletes Foundation-Florida. In my free time, I volunteer with a number of non profits. I also enjoy training and completing in triathlons, marathons, hiking, working out, volunteering, horse back riding, traveling with Peter, skiing and golf. 

Pete and I have been happily married for over 37 years, and we spend our time enjoying a very active and full life.
